Shipping Policy
DISPATCH TIMES
In-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that cut-off, on weekends, or on US federal holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Orders paid by bank transfer, ACH or cryptocurrency are dispatched once funds have cleared.
DESTINATIONS
We ship within the United States, including Puerto Rico. We do not currently ship internationally, and we cannot ship to freight forwarders.
SERVICES AND TRANSIT TIMES
Standard — 3 to 5 business days, tracked.
Priority — 2 to 3 business days, insulated with cold packs.
Overnight — next business day, cold-chain with signature on delivery.
Transit estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Free shipping thresholds are shown at checkout.
PACKAGING
Vials are lyophilized, nitrogen-sealed and shipped in insulated packaging. Cold packs are included where the compound requires them. Outer packaging is plain and carries no product description.
TRACKING
A tracking number is emailed as soon as a shipment leaves our facility. You can also check status at any time on the order tracking page using your order number and checkout email.
DELIVERY PROBLEMS
If a shipment is lost, delayed beyond the carrier's guarantee, or arrives damaged, contact us within seven days of the delivery date with your order number and photographs of the packaging. We will replace or refund the affected items.
