These terms govern every purchase made through this website. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of them.
1. RESEARCH USE ONLY
All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they must not be administered to humans or animals under any circumstances.
2. PURCHASER QUALIFICATION
By ordering you certify that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are a qualified researcher or purchasing on behalf of a qualified research organisation, and that you accept full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, use and disposal of the material in accordance with all applicable laws and institutional policies.
3. NO RESALE FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION
You may not resell, repackage, relabel or distribute any product for human or veterinary consumption. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears inconsistent with legitimate research use, and to report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.
4. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
Prices are stated in United States dollars and may change without notice. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted and payment is confirmed. Where an item becomes unavailable after payment, we will offer a substitution or a full refund.
5. PAYMENT
Orders paid by card or PayPal are captured at checkout. Orders using a manual settlement method (bank transfer, ACH, or cryptocurrency) are reserved but not shipped until funds clear. Reservations expire after seven calendar days.
6. TITLE AND RISK
Title and risk of loss pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of data or experimental results.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
